to the anon about hip tattoos. You may have to be pantyless jsut whilst putting the stencil on but I don't think he will make you if you don't want too. Just makes it easier for him.
Maybe you or the other people who follow can help me out with this question? I want to get a lower hip tattoo, but I'm not sure what to wear since a swimsuit bottom or thong will still cover where I want it done. Will my tattoo artist make me take whatever I'm wearing off? The tattoo will be quite big, if that helps.
When I had mine done right were my underwear/bathing suit sits on my hip i wore a bathingsuit with strings on the sides and just had them untied
